RECEPTION PACKAGE OVERVIEW DETAILS:
PRE-EVENT PLANNING & CONSULTATION:
This package includes your own wedding planner to assist in your pre-event consultation.
Your wedding planner will be available to call, email, or meet in person to offer guidance as you complete your personal planning portal.
Simply arrive to the candlelit venue at your event start time & your two friendly day-of wedding coordinators will get you settled in the adorable bridal lounge.
They will pop & pour a bottle of champagne for you & your girls to sip on. Your guests will be greeted upon arrival & served a family-friendly seasonal drink as they mingle before your ceremony.
YOUR CUSTOMIZED CEREMONY:
Your coordinator will orchestrate your desired processional, complete with your choice of songs (no rehearsal needed!) Your interfaith officiant will perform your customized ceremony & sign your license.
THE ROOM FLIP:
After you’re married, your coordinators & bartender will flip the room for your cocktail party reception. Meanwhile, your guests will enjoy our cocktail hour play list & be invited to play with our photo booth props & outdoor party games.
THE BAR & BUFFET:
While you take newlywed photos around the neighborhood, the beer, wine & soda bar will open & guests will have their first round of drinks.
When you return from your couple’s photo session, we will invite you to be the first to have a bite from the hearty cocktail buffet!
There is always plenty of food to satisfy your
guests for the entire evening.
Your coordinators will keep the buffet replenished
& looking good throughout the night.
Then they will pack up your leftovers for you to take home!
The buffet will feature your choice of protein:
- CRAB CAKE SLIDERS
- GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN CAPRESE SKEWERS
- CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH DIPPING SAUCE
Additionally, your buffet will include:
- WARM, CREAMY ARTICHOKE DIP + CROSTINI
- FRUIT & CHEESE PLATTERS + CRACKERS
- BOUNTIFUL ANTIPASTO PLATTERS WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES, MEATS AND OLIVES
- HUMMUS + PITA
CAKE & CHAMPAGNE:
After dinner, your bartender will serve complimentary champagne while your coordinator/ “Master of Ceremonies” orchestrates guest toasts.
Then, it’s time for the best part: Cake!
Your reception includes a beautiful 3 tier cake.
Your coordinators will assist with your cake cutting ceremony,
then they will cut & serve the cake to you and your guests!
At the conclusion of the event, they will box up with the
anniversary tier & extra cake for you to take home.
Feel like dancin’?
Your “Master of Ceremonies”/ Coordinators will announce & cue the music for up to four first dances for the couple as well as special family dances. Then we turn up the dance party playlist so you
can get down with your family & friends. When it’s time to go, your team will help you to your car with all of your goodies
& take care of the clean up!
* WITH THE DELUXE OPTION:
Your professional photographer will capture your entire event including your ceremony, family photos,
& your newlywed portraits!
They will catch all of those special candid shots & help guide you
& your family with poses throughout your event.
You’ll receive your entire photo gallery digitally along with a
backup USB just about 5 weeks after your wedding!
Your talented florist will create your customized couple’s flowers based on your selected premium flower & color preferences!
