For a TRULY epic wedding event, we are now offering our All-Inclusive Reception packages at this one-of-a-kind historic mansion.

The best part, aside from the stunning decor and grounds, is that this mansion is also a B&B, so you and 13 of your family and friends can stay and celebrate all weekend long.

Check in on Friday at 12:00pm, have your ceremony and reception for up to 50 guests on Saturday, and check out isn't until 3:00pm on Sunday so everyone can have a leisurely morning!

With its soaring wood barrel vault ceiling, architectural charm, and walkable location between the historic neighborhood and Liberty’s vibrant downtown square, Heritage Hall is an elegant backdrop for intimate weddings and meaningful celebrations.

Our reception packages, designed for 100-300 guests, takes the guesswork out of planning by bringing together Kansas City’s top-tier vendors in one simple, stress-free offering. With clear pricing, expert coordination, and heartfelt service, we make it easy to enjoy a beautiful event that feels effortless from start to finish.

PRE-EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

You will have 2 to 3 hour long planning meetings with your event planner who will walk through all the details of your event, answer questions, and advise on best practices so everything goes smoothly on the big day.

You will also have your own personal planning portal that will allow you to customize your event specifications and personalizations.

DAY-OF CEREMONY COORDINATION & OFFICIATING

Our two Ceremony Coordinators will collect, organize, and line up all wedding participants and coordinate your full ceremony.

We will provide an interfaith officiant to perform your ceremony, whom you will meet with once before your ceremony along with your Event Coordinator to ensure your ceremony is exactly how you want it.

In addition, this package includes either traditional or Oscar style ceremony seating for your guests.

RENTAL FURNITURE & EVENT DESIGN

Our signature All-Inclusive Reception includes our specialized furniture and decor option, designed specifically for space at the Gathering KC.

This rental option includes real wood 8' farmhouse tables, wooden chairs, linen runners, napkins, and vintage centerpiece decor.

To make things extra fun and special, we will create a lounge seating space in the gorgeous foyer area of the Gathering, complete with leather lounge seating,, rugs, side tables, and moody lamp lighting!

EVENT SETUP, SERVICE, & CLEANUP

Our team of Coordinators & Staff will set up all your ceremony and reception furniture, along with place settings, centerpieces, and our swanky entry area lounge seating.

Your Coordination team will orchestrate your ceremony and processional. Then, we will prepare the space for the reception, including your full buffet, cake and champagne toast, first dances, and any other activities you have planned!

Our team will stay with your group through the entire event, keeping the buffet full, tables bussed, and then packing up and cleaning up afterward.

CATERED BUFFET

Your choice of Lidia's Italian, Jack Stack BBQ, or a Local Seasons Catering customized buffet menu.

Our buffet includes all serving ware, chafers, platters, utensils, and plates.

Our service will also include full place settings at your tables, including silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, and any other linens and decor you choose.

3 TIER CAKE & CAKE CUTTING SERVICE

Your all-inclusive reception will include a 3-5 tiered cake (depending on group size). Our team will assist with the cake cutting ceremony, then cut and serve the remaining cake.

We will also pack up any leftovers to send home with you!

ICON EVENTS DJ & EMCEE SERVICES

Your package includes a DJ for the entire event. Including background music, ceremony song coordination, first dances, and dance party music for after dinner!

Your Wedding Coordinator will work with the DJ to emcee important moments and keep the flow of the evening going strong!

CHAMPAGNE TOASTS & FIRST DANCE COORDINATION

Our team will serve complimentary champagne while we orchestrate guest toasts and first dances!

FLOWER ADD-ON OPTION:

Whether you just want a bouquet and boutonniere for the bride and groom, flowers for your whole bridal party, flowers for decor throughout the venue, or a combination of all of these, we can manage all of that for you!
