ABOUT YOUR
ALL-INCLUSIVE RECEPTION:
This is our most popular package by far.
Lots of folks want the whole wedding and reception experience, but are intimidated by the cost and stress of doing it themselves. With this package, your entire ceremony and reception are fully coordinated by us. This allows you to stroll in and enjoy a fabulous wedding and reception!
PRE-EVENT PLANNING & CONSULTATION:
With this package you will have your own wedding consultant to assist in your pre-wedding planning. Your wedding planner will be available to call, email, text, or meet in person to offer guidance as you complete your personal planning portal. They will be your main point of contact, coordinating all of the services included in your package.
CEREMONY COORDINATION:
Then, on the day of your wedding, you and your sweetie can simply arrive at the fully decorated, candlelit venue & your two friendly Day-Of Wedding Coordinators will get you settled. You will have access to the bridal lounge to get ready as we pop & pour a bottle of champagne for you to sip on. Your guests will be greeted upon arrival & offered a cold beverage as they mingle before your ceremony.
Your Coordinator will orchestrate your desired processional, complete with your choice of songs (no rehearsal needed!) Your interfaith officiant will perform your customized ceremony & sign your license.
RECEPTION:
After you’re married, your Coordinators & bartender will flip the room for your cocktail party reception. Meanwhile, your guests will enjoy our cocktail hour playlist & be invited to play with our photo booth props & outdoor party games.
While you take newlywed photos around the neighborhood, the beer, wine & soda bar will open & guests will have their first round of drinks. When you return from your couple’s photo session, we will invite you to be the first to have a bite from our hearty buffet!
There is always plenty of food to satisfy your guests for the entire evening. Your Coordinators will keep the buffet replenished & looking good throughout the night. Then they will pack up your leftovers for you to take home!
STANDARD BUFFET:
Our standard buffet is catered by Grand Street Cafe and features heavy appetizers.
Couples love the bite-sized, cocktail party-friendly platters of cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, dips, and breads. This buffet comes with modern looking and eco-friendly palm-leaf plates and bamboo forks.
This is the perfect buffet to eat while mingling, visiting with family and friends and enjoying a drink.
Your standard buffet will feature your choice of protein:

- GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN CAPRESE SKEWERS
- CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH DIPPING SAUCE

CAKE & CHAMPAGNE:
After dinner, your bartender will serve complimentary champagne while your Coordinator/
“Master of Ceremonies” orchestrates guest toasts.
Then, it’s time for the best part: Cake!
Your team will assist with your cake cutting ceremony.
Then, they will cut & serve the other two tiers to the guests.
The Coordinators will box up the anniversary tier for you to take home.
If you feel like dancing, our “Master of Ceremonies”/ Coordinators will announce &
cue the music for up to four first dances for the couple as well as special family dances.
Then we turn up the dance party playlist so you can get down with your family & friends.
When it’s time to go, your team will help you to your car with all of your goodies & take care of the clean up.
Not the dancing type? We have lots of couples who have game and puzzle parties after the ceremony as well!
* WITH PHOTOGRAPHY & FLOWER OPTION
Your professional photographer will capture your entire 4.5 hour event including your ceremony, family photos, & your newlywed portraits! They will catch all of those special candid shots & help guide you & your family with poses throughout your event.
You’ll receive an online digital gallery with all of your photos just about 6 weeks after your wedding!
You will also be gifted a keepsake USB of your wedding gallery.
Your talented florist will create your customized couple’s flowers based on your selected premium flower & color preferences!
* LIDIA'S DINNER BUFFET UPGRADE OPTION:
Some of our couples prefer a more traditional dinner buffet for their wedding.
For those folks, we offer a traditional dinner buffet upgrade, served hot in adorable chafing dishes.
This buffet features two pastas, one protein entree, a salad, and breads with Lidia's signature spreads.
We have chosen foods that are easy to eat while sitting or standing with our collection of
real porcelain vintage plates and metal silverware.
