4.5 HOUR EVENT & FULL GUEST CAPACITY
A full 4.5 hours for your wedding & reception event along with the full seating capacity at either venue.

CEREMONY & EVENT COORDINATION
Your Day-Of Coordinators will orchestrate your fully customized processional, work with your interfaith officiant to perform your ceremony and sign your license, and act as a host for your guests.
Afterward, they’ll flip the room, setup the buffet, pop and pour complimentary champagne , guide guests through toasts, assist with your cake cutting, and ensure guests are taken care of.
Once the celebration is complete, we’ll handle all cleanup and close down the space.

CUSTOM MUSIC SELECTIONS
Before your big day, you’ll select your entrance and exit songs, which we’ll load onto our device for the ceremony.
On the day of your wedding, your Coordinator will ensure your processional and recessional play seamlessly, along with background music before and after the ceremony to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for you and your guests.

CEREMONY OFFICIANT
We will provide your interfaith officiant who will perform your fully customized ceremony, exactly as you want it, & then sign & mail in your license to make it all official.

THOUGHTFUL DECOR, LIVE PLANTS, & PLENTY OF DISPLAY TABLES
Our venue is filled with cool spots to take pics and fun decor!

COUPLE'S CAKE & CAKE CUTTING CEREMONY
We have several mini-cake & 3-tier cake designs you may choose from, along with the color frosting, flavors, and fillings!
We will have all of the supplies & directions to guide you through the cake cutting ceremony and champagne toasts.
Your coordinators will cut & serve the cake and box up the anniversary tier and any leftover cake to be sent home with you!

PHOTOGRAPHY & FLOWERS ADD-ON
Your professional photographer will capture your entire 4.5 hour event, including your ceremony, posed family photos, & your newlywed portraits, even out & about!
You’ll receive an online digital gallery with all of your photos just about 6 weeks after your wedding! You will also be gifted a keepsake USB of your wedding gallery.
Your talented florist will create your customized couple’s flowers based on your selected premium flower & color preferences!

CATERED BUFFET
CHOOSE FROM OUR THREE AMAZING BUFFET OPTIONS: Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian, or Blush Farms Charcuterie Buffet.
Our catering partners are Kansas City's finest. We think the best food in town deserves to be served in a beautiful spread. We use all wooden platters, ceramic bowls, and stainless steel chafers for a lovely presentation that matches our venues. Our team manages every aspect of the catering from scheduling, delivery, arranging, serving, replenishing, and packing up leftovers.

ROOM FLIP
After you’re married, your coordinators will flip the room for your cocktail party reception.

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION
Our team of consultants will help you work out any details of your event before the big day!
Your wedding planner will be available to call, email, text, or meet in person to offer guidance as you complete your personal planning portal. They will be your main point of contact, coordinating all of the services included in your package.

ACCESS TO PRIVATE BRIDAL SUITE
Enjoy our cozy, beautiful space to get ready before your big entrance!
When you arrive at the venue, your TWO experienced Day-Of Wedding Coordinators will get you settled in our adorable bridal lounge so you can change into your ceremony clothes and put on any final touches before the ceremony.

FAMILY FRIENDLY DRINK SERVICE
This package includes our family-friendly drink service which includes ice water served in our adorable dispenser along with bottled and canned sodas and sparkling water.
It's a nice touch to offer guests as they arrive and to sip on throughout the event!

TONS OF REAL WAX CANDLES
There is just nothing like the warmth of real wax candles!
And we have more than 100 at each of our venues, so our places really glow when it's all lit up.

PARKING & WHEELCHAIR ACCESS, & COOL LOCAL VIBES!
Off-street parking, wheelchair access, and lots of cool local spots to get those newlywed pics.

COMPLIMENTARY CHAMPAGNE TOASTS
After your ceremony, your coordinator will pop and pour the complimentary champagne in our stemless flutes, guide your guests through toasts, and assist with the cake cutting, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. then orchestrates guest toasts.

FIRST DANCES
Your Day-Of Coordinators will be your “Master of Ceremonies” and will announce & cue the music for up to four first dances for the couple as well as special family dances.
After your first dances, we will turn up the dance party playlist (your or ours)
so you can get down with your family & friends.

BEER & WINE BAR + BARTENDER
As your coordinators flip the room, your guests will enjoy our beer, wine, & soda bar with your selections of beer and wine.
While your guests mingle, we will play your cocktail hour playlist and guest will invited to play with our outdoor party games.

EVENT SETUP & CLEANUP
When you arrive, our clean, candlelit venue will be fully set up for your ceremomy.
The venue manager will greet you,
and get you all setup and ready to get married.
We will also handle all the cleanup and close down the space.
