NONE OF THE FUSS.
This is the perfect package for those couples who want all of their guests and a full 2 hours in our space, but don't need custom music or any ceremony customizations or add-ons. You will be allowed to have the full venue guest capacity at your event and will have 2 full hours to celebrate in our beautiful venue.
When you arrive at the venue, your experienced Day-Of Wedding Coordinator will get you settled in our adorable bridal lounge and then greet your guests at our main entrance upon their arrival.
You & your guests will be greeted upon arrival by your friendly Day-Of wedding coordinator! We will provide your interfaith officiant who will perform your 5 minute civil ceremony & sign your license.
After you’re married, you will have the remaining time for celebrating, taking photos & mingling. Keep in mind that this ceremony option offers limited customization options and does not offer a drink service like our coordinated packages. You are welcome to bring your own photographer or choose a package that includes our photographer!
(Sorry, we don't offer these ceremonies with a flower option, but you are welcome to bring your own.)

A full 2 hours for your wedding event along with the full seating capacity at either venue.

CEREMONY COORDINATION
You & your guests will be greeted upon arrival by your friendly Day-Of wedding coordinator!
Our coordinator will get your bridal party lined up and ready to go down the aisle. She will also play an entrance and exit song to help set the mood and flow for your processional!

CEREMONY OFFICIANT
We will provide an interfaith officiant who will perform your 5 minute civil ceremony & sign your license.
* We don't allow an outside officiant with this package.

PHOTOGRAPHY ADD-ON
Your professional photographer will capture your entire 2 hour event, including your ceremony, posed family photos, & your newlywed portraits, even out & about!

Our team of consultants will help you work out any details of your event. You will also have an online planning portal to make some customizations for your event!

When you arrive at the venue, your experienced Day-Of Wedding Coordinator will get you settled in our adorable bridal lounge so you can change into your ceremony clothes and put on any final touches before the ceremony.

There is just nothing like the warmth of real wax candles!
And we have more than 100 at our venue, so our place really glows when it's all lit up.

EVENT SETUP & CLEANUP
When you arrive, our clean, candlelit venue will be fully set up for your ceremomy.
The venue manager will greet you,
and get you all setup and ready to get married.
We will also handle all the cleanup and close down the space.

SIMPLE CEREMONY PACKAGE FAQs
GUEST COUNT:
This package allows for the full guest capacity at each venue. The total guest count is for seated guests: 50 seated guests at the Crossroads location; 70 seated guests at the Liberty location. This number does not include any in the wedding party, vendors, and any children that are small enough to sit on laps.
OUTSIDE VENDORS:
You are welcome to bring your own photographer and flowers for the Simple Ceremony. We do not allow couples to bring their own officiant with this package, though.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK:
Outside food and drink are allowed with a Simple Ceremony. However, because of time restraints, we do not allow tiered cakes or full buffet spreads with a 2 hour event. Outside drinks, including alcohol are allowed as are single serve food items, such as cookies, cupcakes, or finger sandwiches. Often folks will bring a mini cake and champagne to do toasts and a ceremonial cake cutting after the ceremony.
PETS:
We do not allow any pets in the venue for insurance reasons.
EVENT START TIME:
Your event start time begins when the venue rental time begins. We recommend that you choose a doors open time and a ceremony start time for your event. Since you are not allowed to come in before the venue rental start time, you can tell your guests to come in 15-30 minutes after you arrive in order to allow yourself time to get settled before guests begin to arrive.
PARKING:
Each location has a large parking lot which will be available for our guests to park. There is quite a lot of street parking as well. Guests may pull up to our front door entrance at either location for loading and unloading and dropping off guests. For guests at our Crossroads location, our parking lot is located at 1705 Oak Street. We strongly recommend that you remind your guests to NOT use GPS to locate our venue. Our official address will take them to the corner of 17th and McGee that does NOT have an entrance to our space
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY:
Both locations have easily accessible wheelchair entrances and are ADA compliant.
THROWN PETALS, BUBBLES & SPARKLERS:
We do not allow any thrown petals, real or fake. However, we do have a "Here Comes the Bride" sign your flower person is welcome to use. We also see a lot of folks have the flower person hand out long stem flowers to the guests sitting along the aisles as the walk down. Both super cute options since petals aren't an option. Bubbles are not allowed inside as they make the floor of the space like an ice rink! However, both bubbles and sparklers are welcome outside the venue. We have seen lots of adorable send offs with both.
