DAY-OF COORDINATION & EVENT EXECUTION

We step in, organize what you’ve built, and execute it professionally.

Includes:

2-3 pre-event meetings (At least one at your venue) starting 60-90 days before your event
8 to 10 hours of on-site coordination
2–4 member Cakewalk coordination team (based on event size)
Final logistics planning and review
Rehearsal coordination (if needed)
Oversight & coordination of ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception flow
Vendor oversight and direction
Oversight and execution of venue setup and breakdown
Placement of limited couple-provided decor

Structured planning meetings beginning at the start of your planning process
Creation of event planning portal and ongoing guidance during planning process
Regular communication with dedicated Cakewalk Planners by text, phone, and email
Sourcing, booking, and complete management of our trusted team of Cakewalk vendors
Schedule alignment with non-Cakewalk vendors
