ABOUT YOUR MINI CAKE RECEPTION:

You might want to do a little bit more than a ceremony but don't want or need a full reception.

If so, this is the package for you!

 

This package has all of the features of the Coordinated Ceremony

(including a longer, fully customized ceremony) followed by champagne toasts,

a cake cutting ceremony, and cupcakes for your guests!

PRE-EVENT PLANNING & CONSULTATION:

With this package you will have your own wedding consultant to assist in your pre-wedding planning.

Your wedding planner will be available to call, email, text, or meet in person to offer guidance as you

complete your personal planning portal.

They will be your main point of contact, coordinating all of the services included in your package. 

 

CEREMONY COORDINATION: 

When you arrive at the venue, your experienced Day-Of Wedding Coordinator will get you settled in our adorable bridal lounge. When you’re ready, your Coordinator will orchestrate your fully customized processional, complete with your choice of songs (no rehearsal needed!)

 

We will provide your interfaith officiant who will perform your customized ceremony & sign your license.

 

After you’re married, enjoy celebrating, & taking photos throughout the beautiful space & around the neighborhood!

 

MINI CAKE CELEBRATION: 

After you’re married, your Day-Of Coordinator will pass out champagne & help orchestrate guest toasts.

 

Then, it’s time for the best part: Cake! Your mini-cake includes an anniversary tier to cut & take home.

Your Coordinator will assist with your cake cutting ceremony.

 

Then, your guests can help themselves to adorable individually boxed full-sized cupcakes.

 

Your Coordinator will box up your anniversary tier for you to take home.

* WITH THE DELUXE OPTION:

Your professional photographer will capture your entire 2 hour event, including your ceremony, posed family photos, & your newlywed portraits! You’ll receive an online digital gallery with all of your photos just about 6 weeks after your wedding!

You will also be gifted a keepsake USB of your wedding gallery. 

Your talented florist will create your customized couple’s flowers based on your selected premium flower & color preferences!
