THE SWEET SPOT BETWEEN A CEREMONY & A RECEPTION!

You might want to do a little bit more than a ceremony but don't want or need a full reception.

If so, this is the package for you!

 

This package has all of the features of the Coordinated Ceremony

(including a longer, fully customized ceremony) followed by champagne toasts,

a cake cutting ceremony, and cupcakes for your guests! 

With this package, you’ll have a dedicated wedding consultant to guide you through planning and coordinate all included services. On the big day, your Day-Of Coordinator will welcome you, orchestrate your personalized processional (no rehearsal needed), and your interfaith officiant will perform a custom ceremony and sign your license.

Afterward, celebrate with champagne toasts, a mini cake complete with an anniversary tier to take home, and individually boxed cupcakes for your guests. Your Coordinator will assist with the cake cutting and ensure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish.

*WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHY OPTION: Your professional photographer will capture your entire 2 hour event, including your ceremony, posed family photos, & your newlywed portraits!

You’ll receive an online digital gallery with all of your photos just about 6 weeks after your wedding! You will also be gifted a keepsake USB of your wedding gallery.

CEREMONY & EVENT COORDINATION

Your Day-Of Coordinator will orchestrate your fully customized processional, work with your interfaith officiant to perform your ceremony and sign your license, and act as a host for your guests.

 

Afterward, they’ll pop and pour complimentary champagne in our stemless flutes, guide toasts, assist with your cake cutting, and ensure guests enjoy individually boxed full-sized cupcakes, while your anniversary tier is boxed for you to take home.

 

Once the celebration is complete, we’ll handle all cleanup and close down the space.

CUSTOM MUSIC SELECTIONS

Before your big day, you’ll select your entrance and exit songs, which we’ll load onto our device for the ceremony.

 

On the day of your wedding, your Coordinator will ensure your processional and recessional play seamlessly, along with background music before and after the ceremony to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for you and your guests.

CEREMONY OFFICIANT

We will provide your interfaith officiant who will perform your fully customized ceremony, exactly as you want it, & then sign & mail in your license to make it all official.

COUPLE'S MINI CAKE & CAKE CUTTING CEREMONY

Your mini cake package includes a 5" centerpiece tier for the couple’s cake cutting, with your coordinator there to guide the ceremony. Guests can then enjoy individually boxed full-sized cupcakes.

Choose your centerpiece tier from one of our charming cake designs, with a variety of frosting colors and flavors to make it uniquely yours.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FLOWERS ADD-ON

Your professional photographer will capture your entire 2 hour event, including your ceremony, posed family photos, & your newlywed portraits, even out & about!

​Your talented florist will create your customized couple’s flowers based on your selected premium flower & color preferences!

Our team of consultants will help you work out any details of your event before the big day! 

 

Your wedding planner will be available to call, email, text, or meet in person to offer guidance as you complete your personal planning portal. They will be your main point of contact, coordinating all of the services included in your package.

When you arrive at the venue, your experienced Day-Of Wedding Coordinator will get you settled in our adorable bridal lounge so you can change into your ceremony clothes and put on any final touches before the ceremony.

FAMILY FRIENDLY DRINK SERVICE

This package includes our family-friendly drink service which includes ice water served in our adorable dispenser along with bottled and canned sodas and sparkling water.

 

It's a nice touch to offer guests as they arrive and to sip on throughout the event!

After your ceremony, your coordinator will pop and pour the complimentary champagne in our stemless flutes, guide your guests through toasts, and assist with the cake cutting, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. then orchestrates guest toasts.

EVENT SETUP & CLEANUP

When you arrive, our clean, candlelit venue will be fully set up for your ceremomy. 

The venue manager will greet you,

and get you all setup and ready to get married. 

We will also handle all the cleanup and close down the space.

MINI CAKE RECEPTION PACKAGE FAQs
 

GUEST COUNT:

This package allows for the full guest capacity at each venue. The total guest count is for seated guests: 50 seated guests at the Crossroads location; 70 seated guests at the Liberty location. This number does not include any in the wedding party, vendors, and any children that are small enough to sit on laps.

EVENT START TIME:

Your event start time begins when the venue rental time begins. We recommend that you choose a doors open time and a ceremony start time for your event. Since you are not allowed to come in before the venue rental start time, you can tell your guests to come in 15-30 minutes after you arrive in order to allow yourself time to get settled before guests begin to arrive.

PARKING:

Each location has a large parking lot which will be available for our guests to park. There is quite a lot of street parking as well. Guests may pull up to our front door entrance at either location for loading and unloading and dropping off guests. For guests at our Crossroads location, our parking lot is located at 1705 Oak Street. ​We strongly recommend that you remind your guests to NOT use GPS to locate our venue. Our official address will take them to the corner of 17th and McGee that does NOT have an entrance to our space

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY:

Both locations have easily accessible wheelchair entrances and are ADA compliant.

​THROWN PETALS, BUBBLES & SPARKLERS:

We do not allow any thrown petals, real or fake. However, we do have a "Here Comes the Bride" sign your flower person is welcome to use. We also see a lot of folks have the flower person hand out long stem flowers to the guests sitting along the aisles as the walk down. Both super cute options since petals aren't an option. Bubbles are not allowed inside as they make the floor of the space like an ice rink! However, both bubbles and sparklers are welcome outside the venue. We have seen lots of adorable send offs with both.

GLUTEN FREE CAKES:

We can’t provide gluten-free or other special dietary options, but feel free to bring treats for any guests who need them — we’ll make sure they get to the right people!

OUTSIDE VENDORS:

You are welcome to bring your own officiant, photographer, videographer, and/or flowers for the Mini Cake Reception!

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK:

Outside food and drink are allowed with a Coordinated Ceremony. However, because of time restraints, we do not allow tiered cakes or full buffet spreads with a 2 hour event. Outside drinks, including alcohol are allowed as are single serve food items, such as cookies, cupcakes, or finger sandwiches. Often folks will bring a mini cake and champagne to do toasts and a ceremonial cake cutting after the ceremony.

​PETS:

We do not allow any pets in the venue for insurance reasons.
