THE BUFFET:

We have worked carefully with local restaurant favorite, Grand Street Cafe, to create a menu that is hearty, upscale, & easy to eat while enjoying a cocktail & mingling. On the buffet you will find bountiful platters of either crab cake sliders, beef tenderloin skewers, or chicken skewers as the centerpiece protein that will give your guests a satisfied belly.

We love the beautiful presentation of the platters, as well as the bite-sized portions that make it easy to eat without a sit-down, fork & knife, formal meal. We also use sustainable, compostable, palm leaf plates & bamboo forks that add a modern touch but are also ecologically responsible! Win-win!

There is always plenty of food to satisfy your guests for the entire evening.  Your coordinators will keep the buffet replenished & looking good throughout the night. Then they will pack up your leftovers for you to take home!
